YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST ATTN: DSCR-ZDA, GERALDINE WILLIAMS, CONTRACTING OFFICER, FAX 256-955-9192. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX9F0369AX, NSN: 5999-01-569-4127, PN: 4B3500-1AM-1831, QUANTITY: 2 each, applicable to UH-60 (Blackhawk), with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Avionic Instruments Inc., Cage Code 10933, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 2 each due 30 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
