- Draft Deliverables Schedule Draft SOW THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR 8(a) VENDORS ONLY. This synopsis is for the purpose of the mandatory FAR requirement for a 15 day pre-solicitation notification. only. A competitive 8(a) set-side solicitation shall be issued on or about March 20, 2009. Services shall be provided for web-enabled data collection, research analysis and marketing in support of the Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS). The MCPSS is an annual project. It is designed to gather and report objective, quantifiable data on provider satisfaction with the Fee for Service (FFS) contractors who process and pay Medicare claims. MCPSS is a standardized instrument administered every January to approximately 30,000 randomly selected providers, including physicians, healthcare practitioners, suppliers and facilities that serve Medicare beneficiaries across the country. A DRAFT statement of work and deliverable schedule are attached for reference ONLY. No questions or comments about these documents will be entertained at this time. The FINAL statement of work (SOW) and deliverable schedule will be issued with the solicitation which will allow for the appropriate question and answer session. Questions on the SOW will be addressed as part of the regular procurement process. CMS intends to award one CPFF contract award to an eligible 8(a) firm as a result of this solicitation. Offerors must have a Government approved accounting system to be eligible for award of a cost type contract.
