- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to increase the ceiling of an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00164-08-G-WT32, via a contract modification. This contract was awarded to Raytheon Company, 2501 West University Drive, McKinney, TX 75071, for spares and replenishment acquisition, repair actions, calibration, assembly modification, design upgrades, depot part lay-in, engineering support and training services of Raytheon proprietary systems, assemblies and subassemblies in support of Special Projects Aircraft and P-3 Derivative Aircraft. This ceiling increase will accommodate the increased requirement for Foreign Military Sale (FMS) requirements. Job Orders will continue to be issued on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the Level III Technical Data Package.
