- FBO Announcement J&A 508 Requirements Reference #: DHQCAP09MP60009 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the purchase of Chatsworth Cabinets to support the DoD Enterprise E-mail Project, located in the DISA ISC, in Building 12 Section 1 of Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213-1153 Reference #: DHQCAP09MP60009 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the purchase of Chatsworth Cabinets to support the DoD Enterprise E-mail Project, located in the DISA ISC, in Building 12 Section 1 of Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213-1153 and DISA ISC of San Antonio, TX 78226-1834. The award will be made for a total of 2 each of CLIN 0001 and include an option to procure up to an additional 6 each identical to the CLIN 0001 description, through 6 April 2010. The NAICS code is 334119. All quotes must be from vendors who are authorized resellers of the OEM. The intended method of payment for this requirement is credit card. The delivery of these products must be delivered 45 days after date of award or exercise of option. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov.
