Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FAIRCHILD & MCCHORD AFB's MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC). Contractor to perform modernization/renovation of two (2) existing lodging facilities (1147/1148) into Visiting Quarters (VQ's) incorporating 2-room suites + private bathroom. The renovation will include the conversion of existing one-room living quarters (with adjacent shared bathroom) into a three-room living quarters suite consisting of a living room, bedroom and a private bathroom. In addition, the 3rd floor existing single rooms (with shared bathroom) of both facilities shall receive minor repair including finishes upgrades.
