- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3H3G39009A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-21. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $13.0M. Work is to be performed at at the following address: Building 382 SW Corner of Nelson/Travis Drive Offutt AFB, NE 68113 The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Install base enviromental management control system (EMCS) and replace four (4) HVAC units at building 382 to include the removal of old package units and the installation of the new units. Installation may require modification to adapt new package Carrier model numbers 48TFE008-5 along with options: Economizer m/n CRECOMZR021A02, motor master 32LT-900-301, Motor HC40GE233, items may be "or equal" See attached SOW for complete details FOB: Destination for delivery to Offutt AFB, NE 68113.
