Description: The Government anticipates to award a firm fixed price award to Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum USA, INC, 5700 Mellon Rd, Exporta PA, 15632-8900. One (1) Cryopump and the associated controller for the BJD 1800 evaporator is required. Only Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum can supply these goods as these systems are being built from an existing and proven drawing package. Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum is the only known approved vendor for the required BJD 1800 cryopump. No manufacturers other than Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum can provide this assembly without being qualified, which represents a substantial duplication of costs that would not likely be recovered through open competition, only Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be fully considered by the Agency.
