Description
Wage Determination SOW for Golf Course SOW for B450 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3V3E19016A001. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #561730 and Small Business Size Standard $7 Mil, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007-18 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2007-08. Description of requirements: 0001- To perform a service to plant trees at various location throughout the golf course. The service includes furnish all labor, materials, and soil preparation. The service doesn't require the contractor to use CLASS I ODSs identified in the Air Force policy in performance of the contract, nor does it require the delivery of these CLASS I ODCs in any item of supply or as part of any service.. 0001-.The work performed will furnish all labor, materials, remove trees, and prepare soil and landscaping B450. POTENTIAL OFFERORS MUST NOTIFY Amn Jose Benitez @ 940-676-2798 or jose.benitez@sheppard.af.mil NLT 03 March 2009 BY 4:30pm CST IF PLANNING TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. Bidders/offerors should be at the Sheppard AFB Entry Control Center NLT 10:00 am with drivers license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance at this time and date. From there they will be escorted to view the work site and present pertinent questions. Bidders/offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve bidders/offerors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The government will assume no responsibility for any understanding or representation concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the invitation for bids/request for proposals, the specification, or related documents. The site visit will be accomplished to aid all in completing their proposal. THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITE VISIT WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT CONDUCTED. No additional site visits will be held. The SAFB Visitors Center is now located at 210 Missile RD BLDG 1405. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
