- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN WHITE PLAINS, NY STAR #: 8NY2289 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ office space in White Plains, New York. The space offered must consist of approximately 23,637 rentable square feet yielding 20,554 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. It is preferred that the space be located on a single floor, however it can be on more than one floor provided at least 85% of the space is on one floor and the space must be contiguous. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Cross Westchester Expressway to Westchester Ave; East: Westchester Ave to Bloomingdale Ave, Bloomingdale Ave to Bryant Ave; South: Bryant Ave to Sterling Ave, Sterling Ave to West Post Rd, West Post Rd to Bronx River Parkway; West: Bronx River Parkway to Cross Westchester Expressway The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 18, 2010. The Government will require two (2) reserved parking spaces. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements as well as the Government’s requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable 5. FEMA map showing the property location in relation to Flood and Earthquake zones 6. Evidence of control of the property being submitted Please include the following in all correspondence: 1. Name, address and telephone number of the individual offering and to be contacted. 2. Any information regarding influences unique to the site or building that may affect the occupancy. 3.
