Description
Amendment to Sources Sought Synopsis COS080011535 (FOIAPA) The following additional information is provided in question and answer format: Question 1: How many personnel are currently doing this work? What are their titles? Answer 1: Three (3) Senior Analysts and two (2) Junior Analysts Question 2: Is a contractor currently doing this work or is it being performed by federal government personnel? If contracted, who is the contractor and what is the contract number? Answer 2: The current contractor is McNeil Technologies, Inc., and the task order number is HDTRA1-07-F-0009. The current period of performance expires December 31, 2009. Question 3: Is this office processing FOIA/PA requests for DTRA agency-wide or just for the Office of the Chief of Staff? Answer 3: DTRA Agency-Wide Question 4: What is the annual number of FOIA/PA requests received and processed by DTRA? Answer 4: Approximately 150 Question 5: What is the average number of cases in the backlog? Answer 5: 20 Question 6: Will DTRA host an Industry Day? Answer 6: No Question 7: Does the government furnish the equipment to digitize and catalog the documents to be uploaded to the Electronic Reading Room? Answer 7: Yes Question 8: Is there a specific number of FOIA & Privacy Analysts requested for the contract? Answer 8: Four (4), all must have at least one year of FOIA and Privacy Act experience. One (1) must have Privacy experience that includes knowledge of DoD 5400.11-R DoD Privacy Program, to include System of Records Notices, FISMA reporting, Breach Notification and Reporting, Privacy Act Statements, Training One must have FOIA experience with processing Contracts - FOIA Exemption (b)(4) Question 9: How much travel will be required? Answer 9: Statement of Work, Paragraph 9, Travel, is revised to reflect that travel [approximately four (4) trips per year] may be involved, within the U.S. and to DTRA facilities located at: •Almaty, Kazakhstan, •Darmstadt, Germany, •Kiev, Ukraine, •London, United Kingdom, •Moscow, Russia, •Tashkent, Uzbekistan, •Tblisi, Georgia, •Votkinsk, Russia, •Yokota Air Base, Japan
