- PR number IQC09050009060 Solicitation Number is SPM4A7-09-R-0761, NSN 1650-01-116-2945, Filter Element, Fluid, for the CH-47 and MH-47 Helicopters. This solicitation is for a source controlled item, the approved sources are: The Boeing Company (77272), Pall Aeropower Corp. (18350), and Falls Filtration Technologies Inc. (00736). This is a Critical Application Item. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. There is a Contractor First Article Test required for this item. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and four 1 year option periods. Guaranteed Minimum for the base year is 288 EA, Estimated Annual Demand Qty is 1,152 EA; Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 2,304 EA. Requested delivery schedule is as follows: First Article Test Report at 90 days ARO, Govt evaluation period is 60 days, production of contract qty is 120 days, for a total delivery schedule of 270 days ARO.
