Professional/Technical Support: The A-E shall represent the technical interest of the government by providing professional technical support services to include but not limited to design reviews, requests for information, phasing plan development/review, shop drawings and submittals reviews, change order/modification development, site visits/field investigations, testing and certification/commissioning oversight, and as-builts/record drawings reviews.
