- The US Fish and Wildlife Service(FWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), Division of Education Outreach (DEO) at Shepherdstown, WV requires two primary instructors for its OUT8163 Connecting People with Nature through Birds course. An award may be made to one vendor supplying two instructors or to two vendors each supplying one instructor as part of a treaming arrangement. The instructors will teach the course and update all course materials based on participant feedback, current trends in the field, and the FWS mission. The requirement is for one course per year with a base year and four option years. The 2009 course will be held at NCTC June 1-4, 2009. Detailed information on the requirement is provided in the Statement of Work which is attached to the Request for Quotation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
