- Needed company information. Drawing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT909027A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30; Defense DCN 20090115; and AFAC 2008-1217. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423510. The business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 9520. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5051. Item 0001: 15ea Extrusion, P/N: LS3814-2, Length = 144", completed dimensions: 2.5"x2.5",.062 thickness, 0188 inside diameter,.0250 outside diameter. Must follow all specifications exactly. See attached drawing. Item 0002: Shipping if required Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
