Description

I. The following vendors participated in the site visit on Feb 24, 2009 for maintenance of the CCTV: Access Logic, CTS, TRN, Security, Space Age alarm Inc, Fidel is, NAV, LCP System II. Questions and answers on Solicitation TIRNE 09Q00034. 1)Is the contractor responsible for the fiber optics from the building to the cameras? No 2)Describe DVR systems? 5 DVR system 16 ports 4 at full capacity 1 used as a backup 3)Can contractor bring lift into facility to repair high cameras? Yes, with prior notification and approval of COTR, it must be removed from facility after use. 4) Is there any space available for spare parts storage? Yes but space is limited to a minimum storage closet. 5)Are outside units locked and keyed? Yes but keys will be available to vendor 6)Does the contractor have to buy parts form GSA schedule? No 7) Will this be open market or GSA? Open market 8) Is the system going to be interoperable? No this is a standalone system 9) How old is the building? Building is 35 yrs old 10) How old is the system? System 10 years old 11) What is the longest cable run? Longest cable running 1320 ft approximately III. Solicitation remains unchanged.
