- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The provision at FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this requirement. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number HQ051690379003. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
