Description

This document provided describes the criteria neccesary for the services portion of this request, not the products. The Personal Property Management Team under the Administrative and Customer Services Division plans, conducts, maintains and reconciles physical inventories as well as ensures proper cost accounting of the Census Bureau's accountable personal property program. The team manages the excess and surplus property activities. A Wi-Fi RFID solution is needed to inventory property in the Headquarters conference center that is out of hands reach. The purpose of this request is to obtain the hardware, software, support and maintenance required to implement the AeroScout Wi-Fi RFID solution. The vendor will be required to provide the following product(s) and services: (50) T2 TAG INCLUDES 1/2AA LITHIUM BATTERY (1) ADHESIVE TAPE PATCHES - 50 PACK (1) TAG MANAGER SOFTWARE AND 110/220V TO 5V ADAPTER (US), INCLUDES TAG ACTIVATOR (1) INCREMENTAL LICENSE PACK FOR 100 ACTIVE TAGS (1) PROJECT MANAGER - 8 HOURS ON/OFF SITE (1) ESTIMATED TRAVEL & EXPENSES (6) SOLUTION ENGINEER - 8 HOURS ON/OFF SITE (1) CERTIFIED PARTNERSHIP - ANNUAL STANDARD SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE COST All service requirements are explained further in detail in the attached Performance Work Statement.
