Description: TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with Applied Research Associates, Inc. 4300 San Mateo Blvd, NE Albuquerque, NM 87110. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase engineering services for the following. 1)Provide complete analysis and interpretation of shock and related high strain-rate data. 2)Collect, survey, and analyze shock and related high-rate data. 3)Investigate and correlate static high-pressure and shock high rate data. 4)Support ARL/TACOM ceramic and transparent computational code development and modeling efforts. Any proposals you wish to submit must be received by the point of contact by 5:00 pm. eatern standard time on February 27, 2009.
