- Sole source Parts Letter Parts Listing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring the site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number: F3A39G9027A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This is a commercial acquisition and it is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 811198 with a size standard of $6.5 Mil. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award or possible award to the next otherwise successful offer that is registered in the CCR at the time of award. This requirement is for three line items: 0001: Rear Axle assembly, overhaul and repair In Accordance With attached parts list. Please note McGuire AFB personnel will deliver vehicle to contractor and return vehicle to McGuire Air Force Base when all work is completed. Please note all vendors should be within a 25 mile radius of McGuire AFB due to the weight of the Rear Axle. 0002: Labor costs. 0003: Freight Charge. Invoicing and payments must be made utilizing the Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance program www.https://wawf.eb.mil./.
