Description
Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport WA requires 1 each vibration control system consisting of the following components: Jaguar Linux core processor p/n: 2562-9453 manufactured by Spectral Dynamics Inc of Jan Jose CA together with associated components identified as (p/n) part number 2565-9700-1 Single Axis Vibration Test System, p/n 2560-9400 ten-input channel expansion card, p/n: 2562-9420 Jaguar random vibration controller software (including analyzer mode acquisition and real-time displays to reduce data during closed loop control tests), p/n: 2562-9421 Jaguar swept sine vibration controller software; and intends to acquire them from Spectral Dynamics Inc in San Jose CA. NAIC code 334519 applies. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation (RFQ) from! this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. This RFQ is scheduled to post electronically on 25 Feb 2009 on www.fbo.gov/. Award will be made on, or about 8 Mar 2009. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov).
