Description

The Government is seeking sources for official U.S. Air Force Honor Guard uniform items and accoutrements on an on call basis for a period of five (5) years, for the 914th Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. The Government's plan is to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a period of five (5) years to a contractor with payment to be made by use of the Government purchasing card (Visa). Response to this notice will determine if the solicitation will be a small business set aside or full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 315211, size standard of 500 employees. Registration in ORCA and Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required (DFARS 252.204-7004). CCR registration can be made at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling 1-888-227-2423, CCR customer service. ORCA registration can be made at https://orca.bpn.gov/.
