- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request Number: W58CFB9233N921 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This purchase request document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered under NAICS code 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The requirements in this solicitation are: This is a Base plus three option year contract CLIN 0001 A Panel on a Point of care testing (POCT) instrument that combines cardiac enzymes (Troponin I and CK-MB) with a myoglobin, BNP and D-dimer test to diagnose cardiac and DVT patients. Other instrument requirements include: mobility for bedside testing; built in automatic printer; ac power; battery backup; wireless capabilities for automatic upload of patient results; no instrument docking requirements for recharging or downloading; lock out controls to manage user ID, QC and expiration dates; data management software memory that holds patient and QC information; and patient recall from instrument menu screen providing patient results with date/time tests per period of performance 1,225 EA - additional stand alone BPN tests per period 420 EA period of performance is 15 March 2009 30 September 2009 CLIN 0002 A Panel on a Point of care testing (POCT) instrument that combines cardiac enzymes (Troponin I and CK-MB) with a myoglobin, BNP and D-dimer test to diagnose cardiac and DVT patients.
