Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for proposal (RFP) and will be a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this solicitation is for HVAC system replacement currently serving the District Court IT Center at the John A. Campbell Federal Courthouse in Mobile, AL. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools required to perform the specified work. Construction trades will be required and are identified in the Davis Bacon Wage Determinations included in the solicitation. This project is a competitive 100% set aside for HubZone small business. The size standard is $14.0 M. Estimated project cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Responses are due no later than 3:00 pm, EST on March 24, 2009.
