- This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for spare Color CIMs, used on the 30-60KW TQG Generator Set. We are buying a quantity for delivery via a five year flexible long term contract with the following range quantities for NSN: 7025-01-569-9337, low 93 each and high 1116 each, per year for the entire five years. Request that suppliers provide the government with their Production Lead time and an economical low, medium and high range for this item. The NSN is 7025-01-569-9337, Drawing 96-23752, Cage Code 30554. The current source for this item is Westwood Corporation, Tulsa, OK. Cage Code: 0FNW8. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, and ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-E-GN, Building 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units from the previous supplier listed above. The response should also include production lead times, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part numbers & CAGE of proposed parts, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the part. The Government will consider parts from other sources that have the same form, fit, and function as the required part, Alternate parts would have to pass extensive performance and qualifications testing to ensure the parts meet the Militarys requirements, the cost of which would be considered in the acquisition decision.
