- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of a Information Technology (IT) Training Course and Learning Management System; which must meet the following performance requirements: The system must be a Rack Mountable IT Training and Management System designed to plug into a standard network utilizing a centralized and portable hard drive system, capable of being updated by CD. The system must have the ability to administer and track student progress and report their proficiency. The system shall include a customer support contact phone number and provide training updates for a minimum of 3 years. The hardware component also must come with a 3 year warranty. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 611420 Computer Training with a size standard of $7.0 million.. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Fargo, ND 58102. Offers for the items described above shall be e-mailed or faxed to the contracting office by the date/time specified above and include the information required by FAR 52.212-1-Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Apr 1998), solicitation number, proposed delivery date, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), CAGE Code, Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number, identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
