Description

Commercial Item, webbing, textile, nylon for use in manufacturing military equipment items such as ammo cases, canteen covers and others. For sale to the Defense Logistics Agency (DSCP). A 2 year contract with 2 Options is anticipated (Requirements type Firm Fixed Price with an economic price adjustment (EPA) clause. Acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. Finished goods to be manufactured at Federal Prison Industries Ray Brook, NY facility. Delivery terms are FOB Destination. NOTE: THIS IS A DOMESTIC U.S.A. ONLY ACQUISITION. FOREIGN PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT. Please see the solicitation documents package for complete details and submission requirements. The Solicitation No CT1933-09 will be posted on this FedBizOpps website on or about 02/24/2009. The proposal due date is 03/12/2009 2 pm ET.
