- IQC09033009019. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1560-00-450-2670, Deck, Service, IAW Bell Helicopter (CAGE 97499) drawing 205-030-279 Rev AH, dated 13 Jan 84, part number 205-030-279-093. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of February 18, 2009. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 12 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. DESTINATION Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 90 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% HUB Zone Set-Aside solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and open competition (after exclusion of sources) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is March 5, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about April 6, 2009. The technical data package for this procurement is only available in CAPRS at https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/ and will not be available until the anticipated solicitation posting date of March 5, 2009..
