Description: The US Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement for a Writing Assessment instructor, to provide classroom in Effective Writing for approximately 30 to 35 students. The instructor shall be knowledgeable of the educational philosophy and instructional techniques appropriate at the graduate level and of US Military educational institutions. Professional experience, preferably five (5) years or greater, in teaching and evaluating English at the graduate level, especially in writing is required. The instructor shall have a Baccalaureate degree plus an advanced degree from an accredited institution, preferably in English, rhetoric, communication studies, or a closely aligned discipline. A security clearance is not required. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award.
