Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items pepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitaion number FA4488-09-T-0007 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 2005-27. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 423450. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing.This is 100% small business set-aside.Carl Zeiss Meditec ATLAS 9000 Corneal Topography System. Must have a working distance of 70mm, field of view of 17mm x 14.5mm, 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution, curvature measurement range of 3.5mm to 22.5mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.01mm, must have HVID measurement range of 10mm to 14mm with a resolution of 0.1mm, must be able to provide the following views: axial curvature, tangential curvature, elevation, irregularity, videokeratoscopic, keratometry, refractive power, mean curvature, corneal wavefront, image solution, point spread function (PSF) and modulation transfer function (MTF). Must include two operator manuals, two service manuals, a minimum of one year warranty, installation,and training, less trade-in value for an ATLAS 995-2354.
