- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for 100 939 series wiring harnesses for the A1, and basic type vehicles and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for a small business set-aside. This solicitation number W9127Q-09-T-0008 is being issued as a Request for Quotation, RFQ. The solicitation and incorporated provisions are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 423610 the Small Business Standard is 100 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The destination is FOB.
