Description

Solicitation RFQ344767 will be via GSA Advantage e-Buy at website: www.ebuy.gsa.gov Procurement of PROP COVER BUILDING (Butler Construction) in accordance with Purchase Request 09-16-1008. The contractor shall ship to Customer’s facility Trident Refit Facility, 990 USS Thomas Jefferson Drive, Kings Bay, GA and install prior to final inspection/acceptance at destination by customer. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for shipping. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All terms and conditions will be in accordance with GSA Contract GS-07F-9665G. The required performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 01 March 2009.
