Description

The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) invites contractors to submit proposals for one or more of the services described in the attached statements of work, under the authority of Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Enclosed you will find five (5) Statements of Work/solicitations that each request proposals for monographs that will address arts participation and factors such as age, arts learning, arts creation and performance, and media and technology from the newly available 2008 SPPA. Questions concerning these proposals shall be submitted via email to harrisl@arts.endow.gov by 2:00 pm (EST) February 25, 2009. Please submit your proposals by March 27, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. (EST). This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. Clearly, specifically, and concisely provide the company name, address, contact person, and telephone number. All Proposals shall reference: RFP 09-05 on the front of the package/page. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-30.
