Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a Sole Source Award to Credit Sights Inc., 470 Park Ave South 12th FL, New York, NY 10016-6819. The Contractor must provide PBGC the use of 10 (Ten) Credit Sights subscriptions. The period of performance will be the date of the award through twelve months. Credit Sights is an independent research provider in the global credit markets. Credit Sights provides Topical, Strategic, Sector and Company credit research on unsecured bonds, secured bonds, CDS, loans and hybrid securities of the major companies in the United States. Credit Sights Inc. is the only known source for the Credit Sights subscription. An interested party may e-mail a written capability statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via email to Miller.Mark@pbgc.gov no later than 3:00 PM EDT on February 17, 2009. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
