Description

This notice and request for quote is available only to vendors located within the State of Louisiana. No other vendors may participate and agency Contracting Officer will not respond to inquiries received from vendors located outside of Louisiana. This procurement is a total small business local set aside. The contract shall provide a firm fixed price quote to provide office supplies. Offerors should include a written return policy in your proposal. The contract award will be based upon a fair and reasonable price to the Contractor and the Government. This request for Quote will result in awards that are the lowest price technically accepted(LPTA). Upon award, a purchase order will be issued to the successful vendor.
