Description
This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source to QualServ Corporation, located at 1222 Ozark Rd, Kansas City, MO 64116-4314. QualServ Corporation provided the following item(s). This purchase is for a newly built Mess Hall located on Stone Bay, NC. CLIN 0001Qty 4, Cold Food Pans, Part Number 9972SCA, NAICS Code 333294 Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all quotes received within 1 day after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to MCIEAST Contracting Department, Attn: Sergeant Matthew Radi, P.O Box 8368, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547-8368.Quotes sent via Federal Express or hand carried must be delivered to Contracting Department, Attn: Sergeant Matthew Radi, Bldg 1116, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 during weekdays, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST.Quotes may be submitted via facsimile to Attn: Sergeant Matthew Radi at (910) -451-2193. The facsimile transmission must clearly identify this notice and the name of the contracting officer on the first page. Quoters bear the burden of ensuring that the quote reaches the designated Contract Specialist on time and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile transmissions to be completed. All pages of the transmission must reach the office before the deadline specified and pages of a facsimile transmission that arrive in the office after the specified deadline will not be considered. The Quoter bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmissions and should confirm by telephone that any facsimile was received. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 18 February 2009.
