Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, HUMBOLDT/TOIYABE NATIONAL FOREST SUPERVISOR’S OFFICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TODAY. The project consists of janitorial services for the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Administrative Office located at 1536 South Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. The Carson Ranger District Office is two buildings consisting of one level, totaling approximately 8100 square feet and one smaller office totaling approximately 2400 square feet in area. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed three, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. Option 1 period will be March 1, 2010 through February 28, 2011. Option 2 period will be March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012. Option 3 period will be March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $14.0 Million. See numbered note #1.
