- Procurement of Equipment MIZ-28 TUBE TESTING INSTRUMENT HIGH SPEED PROBE PUSHER SYSTERM in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-FAPBB-09-16-1007 dated 18 DECEMBER 2008. The contractor shall ship to Customer’s facility RECEIVING OFFICER/TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, CODE 5321/BLDG. 4027, 990 USS THOMAS JEFFERSON DRIVE, KINGS BAY, GA 31547-2631, and TRAINING, prior to final inspection/acceptance at destination by customer. Quantity 2 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract. Solicitation will be UNRESTRICTED, other than full and open after exclusion of sources procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for shipping and training. QAP 215A is used for this requirement. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 56 calendar days after receipt of contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 20 FEBRUARY 2009. Within fifteen days, a copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
