Description
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis for the acquisition of Administrative and Clerical Support Services at the TW6 located at Pensacola, FL. The services will be accomplished through a bridge modification extending the performance period under the existing Purchase Order N00140-05-M-0012. The contract action will consist of one (1) month base period starting 1 April 2009 to 30 April 2009, with five (5) one month options through 30 September 2009 to enable continued performance of the required services until a follow-on contract is awarded. The contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Deltha-Critique Joint Venture of New Orleans, LA), under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as! implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The applicable NAICS code is 561110 with a size standard of $6.5M. These services include but are not limited to the following functions; management of administrative, correspondence, classified material, message processing, office automation, mail, travel order processing, personnel security clearance support, publications management, reports management, directives management, forms management, master flight schedule reports, student control, academic training support, safety support, schedules support, and other general functions. In addition, support for detachment operations may be required, consisting of carrier qualification and/or weapon detachments. The anticipated base period of performance of the proposed extension will be 01 April 2009 through 30 September 2009. Deltha-Critique Joint Venture, as incumbent under Purchase Order N00140-05-M-0012, is considered the only contractor that can provide all services in the required timeframe!. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all requests within fourteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. The Government will not pay for information received.
