Description
DESC: This is a bulk fuel requirement for F34, PAD, and PAG in the Afghanistan/Pakistan region. These requirements may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to SP0600-09-R-0088. Overseas Bulk Procurement for Afghan/Pak Turbine Fuel, Aviation (F34), NSN: 9130-01-545-8464, specification Defense Standard 91-91, Issue 5, dated March 5, 2006, incorporating Amendment 1, except as modified, see ClauseC16.09-5, quantity 67,320,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1L; Fuel Oil, Diesel (PAD), NSN: 9140-01-526-5493, specification see Clause C16.30, quantity, 12,240,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1L; and Gasoline, Automotive, Unleaded (PAG), NSN: 9130-01-526-4844, specification see Clause C16.18-25, quantity 1,440,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1L. Delivery period for the above items under Purchase Programs 1.1L is from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, plus a 30-day carryover period. This solicitation will be available only on the world wide web http://www.desc.dla.mil or https://www.fbo.gov on or about February 27, 2009. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
