Description
Mission Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Knox is conducting market research for the following requirement: Data Quality Software including installation for the United States Army Accessions Command (USAAC) The software shall include but is not limited to: Converting street formatting (street and Str to St.), match street, city, state and zip and correct invalid portions of addresses (if zip is blank use street, city and state to determine). Identify and correct misspellings in street, city and state. Identify and correct additional or missing spaces in street, city, state and zip. Use standard state abbreviation codes (example: OH for OHIO) and create abbreviation from the long name. Flag undeliverable or inaccurate addresses. Support United States including Puerto Rico and Guam, support international addresses with full support for Republic of Korea, Western Europe and Pacific Islands. Capable of running in an Active + Active architecture that supports real-time user activity at two separate data centers. Be able to operate at two separate locations simultaneous. Be able to support web service calls to interact with data cleansing functions for match and merge, address verify and correct, geo-coding and SSN validation. Capable of handling large volumes of data during profiling and cleaning procedures supporting over 70 million rows for profiling and over 100,000 transactions per hour for cleansing. This announcement is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine procurement strategy. Appropriate procurement strategy will be determined after consideration of industry response to this sources sought announcement. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement.
