- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Class A office space consisting of approximately 12,400 rentable square feet in Seattle, WA. The offered space must be 2nd floor or higher and must be contiguous. Space cannot be located within the 100 or 500 year flood plain and must be physically located within the following delineated area: North: From 8th Avenue the northern boundary is 188th Way heading east to International Blvd. then heading north on International Blvd. to 160th Street South: South 200th Street East: Military Road South West: 8th Avenue South The space should yield a minimum of 10,782 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 11,860 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Fifty (50) on-site parking spaces are required; of which ten (10) must be reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 180 days after lease award. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, ABAAS, and Special Security Requirements; including a 50 foot setback for any proposed new construction and 20 foot setback for existing buildings.
