- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to furnish and install a water filtration system at the USGS Leetown Science Center. The work is to be performed at the USGS Leetown Science Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the required work. This is a requirement under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS Code is 237110, "Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures". The magnitude of the requirement ranges between $100,000 and $250,000. Written proposals are due on Tuesday March 10, 2009, 3:00 PM EST, documents can be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The anticipated award date of the contract is April 10, 2009. Contact NBC Electronic Commerce Help Desk at 703.390.6633 with problems accessing information on the NBC website. All responsible sources who have a valid DUN and Bradstreet Number may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the USGS. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the NBC posting system at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. As such, no written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is solely the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the NBC website for any solicitation amendments.
