Description
Items discussed at second site visit/walk-thru on 9 Feb 09: MAIN ROOM -chilled water line looped to ensure remaining PAC unit functional -All things associated with PAC pulled out. If ceiling chiller piping is too difficult or will cause collateral damage to remove, Purge piping of water and cap off piping in ceiling. -some tiles available by the customer for replacing floor tiles where wiring will be pulled under floor. -no asbestos - Chilled water piping to PAC units all schedule 80 PVC -24, 10 AP circuits -DRMO approved dumping waste. - Main chilled water branch line 3 inches PVC. Lines to PAC units 2 inch PVC. - Existing chilled water piping to be looped to maintain PAC unit in Room 180C - Cut electrical conduit above ceiling line; replace ceiling tiles to be provided by contractor -SOW item 2.1.2 may need further clarification regarding cap off severed loop, water purged. Look at enclosed drawings in SOW for this clarification - Out of scope power feeds are sharing the same J-boxes as the circuits being removed. Separate and remove circuits in scope to be removed. Shared conduit will need to be maintained. All other conduits in removal scope to be removed. -Remove box associated with PDU: remove 1 ½ inch conduits C0002 and C0001, leave other conduits in place. -Shutting off power not an issue -1 ASTS will ensure timely and enough escort support to ensure work is done promptly. 1ASTS will provide two escorts or provide T-badges to contractors for work effort. -ISOLATION VALVES -Chiller piping is PVC -Located in ceiling in hallway -Big lines running into PAC isolation valve/pump further back -Water will need to be shut off and system purged here - Schedule 40 PVC -ELECTRICAL ROOM -UPS Distribution Panel UPS100 480/277 Volts -Remove wiring all the way back to this panel -goes into larger conduits -J Box above
