Description

Repair/Remodel Munitions Shop, Bldg 1375, 184th Intell Wing, McConnell AFB, Wichita, KS The solicitation is being posted as of 11 Feb 09. Solicitation Number is W912JC-09-B-0004A. All addendums and amendments to this project will be posted to the solicitation W912JC-09-B-0004A. Repair/Remodel Munitions Shop Building 1375 and New Overframed Roof System, Project PRQE 992241, 184th Intell Wing, McConnell AFB, Wichita, KS. Work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. This project is being solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The North American Indusry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210 and The Small Business Size Standard is $31M in average annual receipts for the three years. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.201(a)(2). Notice Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 52.219-4 is applicable. Construction magnitude of this project is approximately between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Completion time is 330 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. There will an on-site Pre-Bid Meeting for all interested contractors and subcontractors on 5 Feb 2009 at 9:00 am at Bldg 3, 53260 Jayhawk Drive, Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB, Wichita, KS.
