- The Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command(MICC),- Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in Snowshoe, West Virginia for a Single Soldier Relationship Training. The requirement classifed under NAICS 721110, with a size standard of $7.0 M. Snowshoe Mountain Resort offers an entire program of attractive rooms with Government rate package to conduct workshops that will provide 45 double occupancy rooms, for 3 nights and two conference rooms for 30 people sessions. The Snowshoe Mountain Resort is the only one in the vicinity that can accommodate all of the requirements.This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, SnowshoeMountain Resort will be awarded without further notice.Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the email address provided belowno later than December 13, 12:00 noon local time.
