- REPLACE HIGH VOLTAGE SUBSTATION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, electrical and furnish labor and materials and perform work to replace the existing High Voltage Substation as required by the project drawings and specifications. Furnish and install new feeders (radials) as shown on the construction drawings. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available after 2/26/2009.
