- The following additional questions and supplemental answers are provided for all potential offerors for the FedRooms Program. 1. What percent of the 339,000 room nights booked in FY08 were international? GSA currently receives reports rolled up by hotel brand, which includes domestic and international bookings, however, it is estimated that international bookings are very low. 2. Can GSA provide a breakdown of the FY2008 room nights and room revenue by hotel chain/brand? Hilton 64%, Carlson 14%, InterContinental 10%, Starwood 3%, Choice 2%, Hyatt 1%, Other 6%. Room nights and room revenue was provided in the SOW. 3. How many of the 2.75% payments received by Carlson are received by check? How many by EFT? How many by any other form of payment with the type of payment identified? In addition, what is the gross value of each payment type? The hotel fee payment arrangements are determined by the contractor. 4. How is the marketing for FedRooms currently paid? Out of the.75% IFF? The contractor is responsible for marketing the program to all stakeholders. GSA also supports program marketing through various government channels. 5. How much advertising revenue is currently generated from the ads placed on the Fedrooms.com website over the last 12 months? What is the projected amount for the next 12 months? The contractor negotiates direct with the industry on advertising opportunities.
