Description

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business entities. The appropriate NAICS code is 334210, “Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing” and the corresponding small business size standard 1,000 employees. The Defense Logistics Agency, Contracting Services Office - Battle Creek has a requirement for AVAYA Polycom Sound Station II with display, AVAYA phones and related support equipment as more fully described and set forth in the attached Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet. The solicitation procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 will be used in this acquisition. Inspection, acceptance and F.O. B. point is at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at destination by DLIS-TIL personnel. Required delivery is 30 days after receipt of a signed order. The AVAYA standard commercial warranty shall apply. The offering of re-conditioned or re-manufactured AVAYA equipment is unacceptable and will not be considered for award. One award will be made. The single evaluation factor for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable. Send questions regarding this acquisition via facsimile to (269)961-4474, ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. Questions received via e-mail WILL NOT are answered. The cut off date and time for receipt of questions is 9 a.m. Eastern Time, Tuesday, February 17, 2009. The date and time set for receipt of quotation package is 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday, February 23, 2009.
