Description
Item 0001: NSN: 1730-01-130-6700RN, P/N: 1732A100-9, Noun: AuxiliaryDrive Assembly. The Auxiliary Drive Assembly, GFU-8/E, is used to provide power for theLoader, Ammunition, GFU-7/E in the lieu of an aircraft. This includes,but is not limited to, operation of the Loader in the Munitions StorageArea or loader maintenance. Requirement is for 1 each First Article(contractor testing with data required and production quantity for 1each in basic year); also includes, 4 Option Periods, 1-3 each.Materials: Various. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for First Article: FE6032. Placeof delivery for production items: FE6222. Test Plan is due 60 days AROcontract. Test report is due 300 days ARO contract. First Article isdue 30 Days ARO First Article Test Report Approval with productionquantities due 260 days after receipt of First Article Test ReportApproval (unqualified sources) or 260 days after award, as applicable(previously qualified sources). Drawings will be made available on line when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 26 Feb 2009; proposals are due 30days from RFP issue Date. Electronic procedures will be used for thissolicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BEHONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the PastPerformance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will beevaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteriastated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS INPPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data packages must besubmitted in writing to dale.dalrymple.1@robins.af.mil with copy todawn.mccurdy@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS.
