Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Weather Service, Caribou Weather Forecast Office, Caribou, ME has a requirement to provide preventative and corrective maintenance for emergency back-up generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS) as discussed in the Statement of Work. The Period of Performance is April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010, with (4) one-year options. The applicable NAICS number is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million annually. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is only available on line by downloading from this site. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about February 24, 2009. All contractors that intend on providing a proposal are requested to email Janie Laferty at Janie.M.Laferty@noaa.gov and provide your company name, phone number and contact. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to provide their (DUNS) Dun and Bradstreet nine digit number along with their quotation.
